I’m in the service business Bill, so I know good service from not-so-good service. I don’t know what you’re doing to train your team there, but whatever it is, don’t stop! Your guys are amazing, really.
As I told you, I’m most interested in protecting by coin collection, both from theft and from extreme fire conditions (if you recall, I told you about my collector friend in Alaska?). So now it’s just up to be to decide how big (or small) a safe I want.
Should I send you the models I’m interested in and get your advice?
