Check the Steel!

A safe might look big, heavy, and intimidating, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be hacked open with fire ax.

We recommend 10 gauge or 8 gauge or even thicker steel. Your safe should have a UL RSC (Underwriters Laboratories "Residential Security Container") or better rating.
