advice on buying a safe, at a low price (if not the Lowest!), for my Guns and Other Collectables

To The Safe Place:

A friend of mine had someone pry open his “safe” and steal some things he didn’t really want to lose.

So, I made a note to myself:

Don’t buy an el-cheapo safe at the local giant sell-everything store. Buy cheap shoes, buy cheap socks, buy cheap air-filters for the furnace, but DO NOT buy a cheap safe.

Now he’s got a bunch of guns out there in the world, in the hands of who-knows-who? Bad.

As for my own safe, I’ve got my eyes on this one:
