Dial Versus Keypad. Buy a Fire or Gun Safe that's REALLY Safe. (and find a sale price to fit your budget)

There’s ton of misinformation on the Internet about the safety, or lack thereof, of electronic dials on safes. There’s a myth going around that an electronic safe dial can be tricked into opening by some electronic tom-foolery. Well, it’s a myth.

Here’s some of the lowdown on Electronic Keypads VS Traditional Dials Combination Locks

The larger safe pictures here is the

It’s ease-of-use that’s the main reason electronic keypads are popular. If you open and close your safe repeatedly throughout a day, pushing buttons is just SO much easier than dialing. Electronic keypads are JUST as hard to open for the burglar, if not harder, than dials, and dead batteries (a common concern) don’t cause ANY issues, as they’re all located on the outside of the safe. Change the battery, then open as you always have.
